Monthly Subscription Policy

1. Service Coverage

• Weekly pickup service
• Standard days: Saturday or Sunday
• Rescheduled to next day if needed
• Delivery within 2–3 days

2. Pickup Plans

• Service can start any day
• First pickup same day
• Choose fixed Saturday or Sunday
• Same weekly schedule continues

3. Plan Details

• Up to 20 kg per month
• Maximum 4 pickups
• Each visit counts as one pickup
• Extra weight charged separately

4. Customer Responsibility

• Count clothes before pickup
• Check all pockets carefully
• Inform about coats, sarees, leather items
• Keep laundry ready on time

5. Payment Terms

• Advance payment required
• Cash / Bank / eSewa / Khalti
• Service starts after confirmation
• Late payment may suspend service

6. Missed Pickup Policy

• Missed pickups are not carried forward
• No refund or adjustment
• Not automatically rescheduled

7. Refund & Cancellation

• 3 days prior notice required
• No refund after plan starts
• No partial refund

8. Damage & Liability

• Normal fading/shrinkage not covered
• Special items must be declared
• Complaints within 24 hours

9. Service Limitations

• Extra charge for heavily soiled clothes
• Hazardous items may be refused
• Standard wash unless specified
